TLC Silver Membership Cost and Requirement: $50 per month. A 12-month commitment is required.
Preventative Benefits: 2 professional dental examinations per year. 8 x-rays per year. 2 professional teeth cleanings per year at no charge to you. (Professional teeth cleanings are limited to Prophylaxis, Scaling in the presence of gingival inflammation, Full-mouth Debridement and Periodontal Maintenance cleanings only. Does not include the non-surgical pocket reduction procedure known as Scaling and Root Planing, nor does it include the surgical pocket reduction procedures known as Gingival Flap or Osseous Surgery. These procedures are included in the Restorative Benefits below.).
Restorative Benefits: 20%* savings on up to $2,000 of all dental procedures that the TLC Team can provide. This includes, but is not limited to: Fillings, Crowns, Onlays, Veneers, Bridges, Teeth Whitening, Extractions, Root Canals, Orthodontics (both Adult and Child), Implants, Dentures, etc. There are no wait periods, no pre-existing conditions clauses, no cosmetic restrictions and no age restrictions.
Limitations of the Membership: Once the member has received all 8 x-rays, both professional cleanings, both professional exams (a $590 value) and $2,000 worth of restorative dental care the plan will need to be renewed. It can be renewed right away, or it can be renewed when the 12-month commitment has been honored. (You don’t have to wait until the original membership expires to renew it, but you do have to finish paying the original membership; so you can actually have two memberships active at one time.)
*20% savings when paying with cash or check only. When paying with a debit or credit card, the card company withholds 3% of the total amount charged from us.. As such, we can only provide you with a 17% savings if you are paying for your restorative dentistry with a card. If you finance the restorative dentistry, the finance companies withhold 15% of the total amount financed from us. As such we can only provide you with a 5% savings if you finance the restorative dentistry.
Membership Loyalty Rewards: Each time the membership is renewed, the restorative limitations are increased by $500. As such, the first year’s restorative limit is $2,000. The second year’s restorative limit is $2,500. The third year’s restorative limit is $3,000, and so on.

As such, we can only provide you with a 32% savings if you are paying for your restorative dentistry with a card. If you finance the restorative dentistry, the finance companies withhold 15% of the total amount financed from us. As such we can only provide you with a 20% savings if you finance the restorative dentistry.

Preventative Benefits: 4 professional dental examinations per year. 16 x-rays per year. 4 professional teeth cleanings per year at no charge to you. (Professional teeth cleanings are limited to Prophylaxis, Scaling in the presence of gingival inflammation, Full-mouth Debridement and Periodontal Maintenance cleanings only. Does not include the non-surgical pocket reduction procedure known as Scaling and Root Planing, nor does it include the surgical pocket reduction procedures known as Gingival Flap or Osseous Surgery. These procedures are included in the Periodontal Services below.).
